GENERAL
"My Rønne" refers to Annette My Rønne v. Annette My Grandjean Rønne, "Customer" refers to the buyer of Annette My Rønne's services.
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all translation/localization/copy/other text material carried out by My Rønne at the request of a customer.
All requests for translation/localization/copy/other text material must be accompanied by an order indicating the price and conditions set by the parties. The price is determined in the final offer the Customer receives, which the Customer can choose to accept. If the offer is accepted, an order will be sent by email, together with a copy of the final offer to My Rønne.

My Rønne reserves the right to refuse to start a task without an order. My Rønne further reserves the right to refuse any order without further explanation.
Technical documents must be accompanied by reference documents provided by the Customer and/or drawings or diagrams that provide a better understanding of the documents.
Price
The price for a translation/localization/copy/other text material is calculated as follows:
For translation/localization - by word count of the text in the source language, plus any hourly payment, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.
For copy/other text material other text material - hourly payment, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.
For fact-checking - hourly payment, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.
Payment
Orders are paid as follows:
Order with a price of less than 1.000 DKK (plus VAT): To be paid upon acceptance of the offer.
Order with a price of over 1.000 DKK (plus VAT): Paid 50% upon acceptance of offer, and 50% upon delivery of finished task plus 30 days.
Returning customers and larger tasks with a price of over DKK 5.000 (plus VAT): Payment is agreed for each task.
Any late payment or non-payment may be grounds for immediate collection of any full amounts due from the Customer without prior notice or other formalities. My Rønne reserves the right to request interest calculated according to the official rate at Danmarks Nationalbank and shall take effect from the date on which such late payment is made. In addition, the Customer must reimburse all expenses incurred by My Rønne in order to settle the case.
All work in progress and all orders in progress will be suspended in case of late payment.
My Rønne is not responsible for translations/localizations/copy/other text materials that are not stylistically satisfactory. My Rønne is not responsible for creating a translated text in, for example, an advertising style that differs from the source text. My Rønne's liability is limited to the invoice amount.
Canceling an order
In the event that a customer cancels an order, everything that has already been completed will be invoiced at 100%, while work that has been suspended will be invoiced at 50%.
Complaints
Complaints will only be considered if they are received by registered mail with a return receipt within seven days of delivery of the order or part of the assignment. The original documents must accompany all complaints, the disputed translation/localization/copy/other text material, and a letter with an explanation. Once the above time period has elapsed, the translation/localization/copy/other text material is considered correct and accepted.
In cases where a complaint is made within the stipulated deadlines, and the complaint is accepted, My Rønne provides an edited version of the disputed translation/localization/copy/other text material.
Errors present in part of the translation/localization/copy/other text material are not a reason to question the entire translation/localization/copy/other text material as a whole. My Rønne reserves the right to change only the erroneous part of the translation/localization/copy/other text material in such cases.
Current Danish jurisdiction will be the jurisdiction in all disputes. In case of non-payment, all representation of partial or total reproduction of a translation/localization/copy/other text material is considered illegal. My Rønne reserves the right to request immediate payment for translation/localization/copy/other text material and copyright compensation, where applicable, from a customer using unpaid material.
Delivery
In the case of late delivery, where the overdue time is more than 1/3 of the stipulated delivery time, and in the case that the delay is directly and solely attributable to My Rønne, a refund will be paid, to be determined between the parties, up to an amount of 50% of the task that was delivered late.
No refund will be given in the event of delayed deliveries due to situations and/or faults over which My Rønne has no control or influence—e.g., malfunction of the power grid, non-delivery of mail, internet breakdown and/or temporary disruption of operations in the same, and force majeure.
Responsibility
My Rønne and/or related suppliers do not acknowledge any warranty or condition in relation to the services offered, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ownership, and non-infringement of third-party rights. My Rønne and/or related suppliers shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or other damages of any kind resulting from loss of right to use, loss of information, or loss of profits, whether as a result of performance of a contract, negligence or other harmful acts arising out of or in any way connected with the services of My Rønne.
Warranty
If you are not satisfied with an order, My Rønne will deliver another version as soon as possible. The conditions and procedures for disputing the quality of an order are described above.
Changes to these Terms
You are advised to review these Terms of Sale & Services periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
