HOW IT WORKS

  • The journal is a tool to help you set goals, improve your yoga practice, and track your journey throughout the year. It is divided into one yearly section, twelve monthly sections, and one end-of-year sum-up section.

  • Throughout the year, you can fill in your pages with routines, your faves, your goals, and thoughts. At the end of the month, you can fill in your reflections and achievements to track your progress, thoughts, and mood.

  • In the yearly sum-up section, you can record your year, such as what you have achieved, your reflections, and what you want to do next year. At the end of the year, you will have a record of your progress, thoughts, and mood.

  • After you make the purchase, you will receive a PDF with links to download and save the file to your devices. You can use and print the file as many times as you wish. You can use the digital journal with Adobe, Samsung Notes, and other digital note programs.

  • You will receive links to download two versions of the journal: one for printing and one for use on your devices.
